Bankruptcy

My office handles estate planning, estate probate, bankruptcy, real estate, family law (including family immigration matters) and other civil matters. I meet people by appointment, and offer a no charge initial consultation to review your legal needs. I would be pleased to meet with you and show you how I can help you.  My office is located in Pembroke, MA which is in the heart of Plymouth County on the south shore of Boston, Massachusetts.

Bankruptcy

Although many changes have been made in the bankruptcy laws in the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 2005, most people can still file for bankruptcy and get complete relief from most of their debts.  Some may have to pay back a portion of their debts.  I have included my complete bankruptcy questionnaire that you may print out. Just click the bankruptcy link. Although you may e-mail this completed form to me, before you actually file, there are pages that I will need your actual signature on.   If you have questions about the new bankruptcy laws, give me a phone call.  I can schedule a complimentary telephone consultation, or if you live near the South Shore of Boston, MA, come on in and see me at my office!  (Prices vary on the complexity or type of bankruptcy, and can be discussed after the free phone or in person consultation)

I handle Bankruptcies that may be filed in the Boston or Worcester Office of Massachusetts.

Family Law

I handle many family law issues including divorces, paternity suits, guardianships, and modifications of existing orders.  I use the negotiation style approach and use my skills so that you get the most favorable result without a nasty prolonged battle.  I also offer mediation services.  If you are looking to file an uncontested Divorce on your own, check out my online services. I can give you complete representation, or simply prepare the documents you need to file your own uncontested divorce.  If your divorce is contested on any issue (alimony, child support, custody and visitation or property division) I would not suggest representing yourself.  Call me for a complimentary phone consultation or better yet, make an appointment to come in and see me!

Personal Injury

If you have been injured in a car accident that was not your fault, you can recover damages for your medical bills, lost work and pain and suffering.  I handle these cases on a contingency basis, which means that you don't have to pay anything, I only get paid a percentage of money that I win for you.
