I can prepare a Homestead for you to protect $500,000.00 of equity in your home. I can also prepare Deeds to add a spouse or a child to your deed, or transfer a property outright. I will need a copy of your deed, mailed or e-mailed to me with instructions on what you want done. You may pay by enclosing a check, or make a payment online below. Fees do not include Registry of Deeds filing fees, I will send you a cover letter so that after you have your deed or homestead notarized, you will be able to file it with the appropriate Registry of Deeds. Current Registry fees are $35.00 to record a Homestead, and $125.00 to record a Deed.
