Coming soon, you will be able to have all the legal documents necessary for an uncontested divorce prepared for you and sent to you via e-mail or regular mail with complete instructions on how and where to file them by just filling out an online form!  In the meantime, please e-mail me with your e-mail address, mailing address and  telephone number, so I can set up a telephone consultation and I will e-mail you the complete list of questions you need to answer for me to prepare all your paperwork.  This service is for uncontested divorces in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts only. It is also for divorces in which both parties agree on all matters including division of assets and alimony. Couples with children must also be in agreement on custody and visitation matters for their children. I can prepare these papers with a legal telephone consultation for the husband or the wife, but I cannot give legal advice to both sides because it is a conflict.  If you are in Eastern Massachusetts (Plymouth County, Norfolk County, Barnstable County, Suffolk County or Middlesex County) call for my flat fee rates for full service uncontested divorces, including court appearances. I also handle contested divorces.

Uncontested Divorce with Children $750.00 All the documents including the divorce agreement with custody and visitation provisions, child support guidelines prepared for filing with instructions.
